Our professional maintenance team executes a full make-ready, which includes paint and repairs, as needed, a thorough inspection of all appliances and lighting, and a deep clean of the apartment.

Yes, we have a professional, on-site maintenance team 7 days a week, and emergency maintenance services 24/7.

You can call or email Resident Services or submit a request via our online Resident Portal.

We address all maintenance requests within 24-48 hours. Emergencies are prioritized.

During business hours, come direct to Resident Services for assistance. After business hours, call Resident Services to be connected to our emergency support line. We do charge a $100 lock-out fee for after-hours support, as our team must travel back to the community to assist.

Yes, reasonable modifications to the apartment are permitted as long as they can be repaired at the time of move-out.

Yes, we offer garage parking for an additional fee for residents. Retail customer and guest parking is available on the first level.

Each apartment includes stainless steel GE appliances – refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and smart washer/dryer in residence.

Yes, we allow up to two pets (cats or dogs) in each apartment.

There is a pet fee of $500 per pet. Pet rent is $35 per month per pet.

No, we do not have weight or breed restrictions.

No, but the outside perimeter of the community contains waste bags and an on-site dog washing station.

Our amenities are complimentary for resident use. Quiet hours begin at 11 pm.

We do not require an appointment, but it is recommended so we can personalize your tour experience.

Our professional team is on site and available 7 days a week.

You can apply for an apartment online via our Resident Portal or fill out a paper or PDF application and email it or drop it off in person with Resident Services.

There is a $50 application fee and a $250 admin fee.

You can pay online by credit card or ACH, or by check in person.

You will have the option to set up automatic payments or make a one-time payment in our online Resident Portal.

Monthly fees include utilities and technology fee, as well as parking, pet rent, and storage, if applicable.

Yes, renters insurance is required.

Utilities are billed separately.

Prior to move in, electric must be set up with APS. All other utilities are billed directly through the resident portal via UMS. A step-by-step guide with all information is provided.

Guests are allowed. Only two guests are allowed at the pool per resident at a time.

No, we do not allow subleasing.

We are located at 555 N. 5th Avenue. From I-10, take exit 144 to N 7th Ave and continue until you turn left on W Fillmore St. We are located on the corner at N 5th Ave.
