Our professional maintenance team executes a full make-ready, which includes paint and repairs, as needed, a thorough inspection of all appliances and lighting, and a deep clean of the apartment.

Yes, we have a professional maintenance team on site from 8 am-5 pm, Monday-Friday, and a technician on call 24/7 for emergencies.

Our team addresses all requests within 24-48 hours. Emergencies are handled immediately.

You can submit a request via our online resident portal or directly with Resident Services.

During normal business hours, please contact our Resident Services team. After hours, please call our office and choose the emergency maintenance option. There is a $100 lockout fee outside of business hours.

Yes, reasonable modifications to the apartment are permitted as long as they can be repaired at the time of move-out.

Yes, we offer flexible leasing options.

Gated, covered, direct-access parking garage is available with a monthly fee of $75 per vehicle.

Each apartment includes stainless steel GE appliances, refridgerator, microwave, electric stove, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and smart washer/dryer in residence. 

Yes, we offer furnished apartments with flexible leasing options. Please call for corporate housing inquiries.

We have package lockers on the first floor by the mail room. Oversized packages will be signed for by our Resident Services Team who will contact you to confirm delivery.

Each apartment includes a smart washer/dryer in residence. 

Yes, we allow up to two pets (cats or dogs) in each apartment.

The Fitness Center is open 24/7.

The Fitness Center includes top-of-the-line Life Fitness equipment, cardio equipment featuring Swipe™ Technology Touch Screen with WiFi and Lifescape Interactive Courses, dynamic fitness studio, weight rack, group exercise bikes, and more.

There is a pet fee of $500 for one pet and $750 for two pets. Pet rent is $35/month per pet.

We do not have weight or breed restrictions.

Quiet hours are 9 pm-7 am. Communal spaces are complimentary for residents.

No, but the outside perimeter of the community contains waste bags and an on-site dog washing station.

Our professional team is on site and available 7 days a week Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm and 10 am to 5pm on weekends

Prior to move in, electric and gas are set up. Electric is provided by APS. A step-by-step guide with all information is provided.

You can submit an application online at www.phxterra.aveliving.com or fill out an application in person. 

Most applications are approved or denied within 24 hours.

There is a $50 application fee and a $250 admin fee.

Communication is key so we can help you secure the perfect apartment.

No, we do not allow subletting.

There is a required 30-day notice and two-month lease break fee. Contact Resident Services with any questions.

You will have the option to set up automatic payments or make a one-time payment in our online Resident Portal at phxterra.aveliving.com.

Monthly fees include utilities and technology fee, as well as parking, pet rent, and storage, if applicable.

Yes, renters insurance is required.

Tours are complimentary; all you need is photo ID, which will be verified via Checkpoint software.

Yes, we accept walk-ins, but highly recommend a schedule appointment so we can personalize your tour experience.

Our community is a 10-minute walk from the Hance Park Dog Park.

City biking is common in downtown Phoenix. Our community is five minutes from the Rio Solado Trail.

Nearby shopping centers include CityCenter, Arizona Center, and Scottsdale Fashion District. The closest grocery store is Fry's Food and Drug.

Directions

We are located at 555 N. 5th Avenue. From I-10, take exit 144 to N 7th Ave and continue until you turn left on W Fillmore St. We are located on the corner at N 5th Ave.

The nearest cross streets are N 5th Avenue and W Fillmore Street.
